It isn’t that I don’t value your voice. That’s not it at all. I think that channeling and expressing one’s voice is one of the most important things a person can do with their life. This just isn’t a space for collaborative writing.

In short, I gotta do me here.

If you would like to respond to something I’ve written, you can do that on my Facebook page or tag me on Twitter. Or you could carve out a little nook of the internet, a little space where you can do you, and write a response.

But this isn’t a space for that. No debate, commentary, agreement, disagreement, or praise. Not on this blog.

Think of this blog more like an unabridged social media feed, but without the advertising or any of the random updates about my location or lunch. This will be a place where I seek to make sense out of the things I find online, but also the things that happen in on-ground gathering spaces (churches, rallies, community meetings, etc.). It’s one part processing, one part sermonizing, and one part art-making.

So come back often. Read, and share with others if you enjoy what’s been said.

Then, go do you.
